Dress Code
GENERAL
Members, their guests and other visitors to the club should dress in casual but classy attire, always neat and tidy, to complement the pleasant environment for golf and hospitality that the club wishes to foster.
Whilst all dress possibilities cannot be precisely covered, enforcement of standards by management will give deference to currently accepted fashion and the guide below.
KEY POINTS TO NOTE
- The Dress expectations differ from Course to Clubhouse. The main difference being that denim clothing/jeans of any description are not permitted on the course. Denim jeans may be worn in the clubhouse but are not recommended and must be of a consistent colour and of a clean/new appearance.
- Choose the cotton twill rather than denim variety if you wish to wear jeans.
- Golf Shoes with soft spikes and or moulded rubber soles are compulsory. Golf shoes/runners are not to be worn in the upstairs dining room/bars.
- Metal spikes are not permitted on the Course.

To avoid embarrassment, members should ensure that their guests are aware of our dress standards.
UNISEX CLOTHING THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE INCLUDES:
- Jeans that are stone washed/bleached/old look, ripped (even by design).
- Drawstring style shorts and pants.
- Athletic wear: running shorts, jerseys, T-shirts, large advertisements, track pants.
- Beach wear: board shorts, singlets, bikini tops, thongs, beach sandals/slip-ons.
- Work wear: uniforms, tradesman style work wear, unclean, unkempt etc. work boots.
- Thongs of any description, - Masseur-style slip-ons, slippers and loafers are not permitted.
- Socks must be predominantly WHITE.
MALE DRESS GUIDE
Shirts
- With collar - must be tucked in unless waist banded or designed to be worn 'out'
- Without collar - tailored neck, raised crew neck or mock turtle neck, that clearly differentiate from a T-Shirt.
- Should generally be of a smart / tailored style dress. Cargos, knee length casual shorts may be worn if designed /worn with a belt.
Shoes
- Casual shoes of a leather/dress standard- may be worn without socks.
- Dress standard deck shoes, sandals, open toed slip on, are all acceptable.
- Runners may be worn but are not recommended - runners must be of a clean/new appearance and must be worn with socks. Golf shoes/ runners are not to be worn in the upstairs dining room/bars.
FEMALE DRESS GUIDE
Dresses/Skirts
- Should be of a modest cut (not too short).
Pants
- *Most styles of pants and shorts are acceptable. Again, a modest cut/not too short in either the waist or the leg. Use the smart casual standard as a guide.
Tops
- Should be of a modest cut. It is preferred that thin strap style tops are not worn. Bare midriff or tube tops should not be worn.
Footwear
- Most styles of women's shoes are acceptable. Use the smart casual standard as a guide. Golf shoes/ runners are not to be worn in the upstairs dining room/bars.
